The crew they sent to my house was professional, and as hard working as they come. Respectful young men who did everything they could to make it look like my foundation had just fallen from the sky and landed in my back yard. Above and beyond my expectations. Was given an arrival time window of 7-8 am. They arrived at 7:02. That alone told me these guys were ready to work hard. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for anybody looking to have a foundation installed.

While looking for a company to do a high quality foundation for a cabin, I discovered SitePrep. Unfortunately I am about 100 miles beyond their service area,; however the extremely detailed instructions provided on their website gave me the ability to do the foundation myself. This did not stop the awesome people at SitePrep from spending time with me on multiple phone conversations walking me through the details of my specific install. The reason i give them 5 stars is the time they spent helping me troubleshoot my foundation while knowing I wasnt going to be a paying customer. SitePrep is an awesome company full of awesome people that know their stuff.

I cannot say enough about how very pleased we are with the excellent job Site Prep did for our shed pad installation! The installation began about 7:15 and, after marking the area and ensuring a perfectly square area, installation began. About 5 yards of soil had to be removed because of the angle of the ground (a total difference of 25″!), but great care was given not to damage a small tree nearby. Another great consideration was given as to the placement of the future shed and the location of the entry doors.

The work was completed in an incredibly professional manner with great attention to detail. The installation did not feel rushed, but the work never stopped except for water breaks!

What this review cannot show is the incredible effort at maintaining level over a 20′ span of 4X6 treated lumber…my interior walls are not this straight! The pad is within 1/16” square. Just crazy.

These guys did a great job removing my old excuse of a shed, cleaned up the site and put down a new stone pad in under 4 hours. Kept me in the loop for the whole process. One day later, Big Red Dumpster was on site to take away the trash.

Going into this project I was terrified of all the residual costs that sneak up on you as they do with any construction project. The fellas at site preparations made this much smoother than I could have expected. They dealt with all the tedious tasks of permit acquisition, inspector scheduling and most importantly the physical work of digging 3’ footers during a heat wave. Special shout out to Sam and his companion who i unfortunately can’t remember his name at the moment, and John. Do not hesitate to call upon these gentlemen for any of your site prep needs! Their video was reassuring, as was their execution of our job. Despite being over 120 miles away, they beat the price of our local company by 25%. They were very responsive to phone calls and especially accommodative to my many changes in installation dates. It was a pleasure to do business with Site Preparations!

This company makes very quick work of a gravel pad for a shed or other structures. They come in with a full arsenal of equipment and materials, so you’ll need to reserve some space for them to maneuver. I think the whole job took less than 2 hours. Would recommend!
